Pfohl, James Christian

The Transyvlania Music Camp (Brevard Music Center), a summer school for musicians, was founded by him.  Died March 28, 1996.  Started the Brevard Music Center on the campus of Davidson College.  The center in Brevard attracts top art performances including operas and concerts.  He was born in Winston-Salem, NC and was conductor of the Charlotte Symphony.   He also helped found the NC School of the Arts.   When he was only 19 years old, he helped organize Davidson College's music department.

Prince, Prarie Born on May 7, 1950 in charlotte.  Original member of the Tubes.   The Tubes recorded seven rock albums from 1975-1983.
Prophet Born in Siler city on March 28, 1934.  Moved to Greensboro when he was five years old.  Has played in the following bands:
